* At 9:11 p.m., a citizen assist in the 1800 block of Brink Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

* At 1:43 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 6:47 a.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of North Third Street.

* At 8:20 a.m., a box alarm at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

* At 9:31 a.m., a fire alarm at 105 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* At 12:14 p.m., a citizen assist at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* At 12:31 p.m., an alarm sounding at 1000 Towers Circle.

* At 2:15 p.m., a motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of South Silver Springs Road.

* At 2:52 p.m., a citizen assist in the 1800 block of Brink Street.

* At 3:35 p.m., emergency medical service in the 900 block of North Frederick Street.
