Firefighters responded to the following calls Tuesday:

* At 5:11 p.m., fire alarm at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* At 5:24 p.m., emergency medical service in the unit block of South Sprigg Street.

* At 5:26 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 6:21 p.m., car fire at Interstate 55 at mile marker 98.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

* At 12:56 a.m., emergency medical service at 157 S. Spanish St.

* At 2:04 a.m., emergency medical service at North Sprigg Street and Bertling Street.

* At 3:52, fire alarm at 2007 South Expressway.

* At 5:05 a.m., emergency medical services in the 400 block of South Sprigg Street.

* At 6:58 a.m., emergency medical service in the 3500 block of Julie Drive.

* At 8:10 a.m., emergency medical service in the unit block of South Kingshighway Drive.

* At 9:24 a.m., alarm sounding at 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

* At 9:34 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1400 block of Blue Ridge Road.
