Firefighters responded Monday to the following items: At 5:01 a.m., structure fire at 612 Locust.

At 8:18 a.m., medical assist at 611 S. West End Blvd.

At 11:11 a.m., alarm sounding at 321 Dearmont Circle.

At 3:12 p.m., smoke scare at 2530 Maria Louise.
