The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

• Medical assists were made at 8:40 a.m. on Franks Lane, 10:24 a.m. on South Silver Springs Road, 11:11 a.m. on Bellevue Street, 12:40 p.m. on Bevin Drive, 3:06 p.m. on Broadway, 4:17 p.m. on Maria Louise Lane and 4:25 p.m. on Independence Street.
• At 6:43 a.m., a smoke detector activation was reported on Greek Drive.
• At 4:41 p.m., carbon monoxide detector activation was reported on Koch Avenue.
• At 8 p.m., unauthorized burning was reported on Jane Drive.
• at 9:08 p.m., unit dispatched and cancelled en route to South Broadview Street.
• At 9:49 p.m., citizen assist was made on Woodlawn Avenue.
