Firefighters responded to the following calls Monday:

• At 4:34 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of Haddock Street.
• At 5:52 p.m., a controlled burn at 420 S. Ellis St.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Tuesday.

• At 12:56 a.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of Clark Avenue.
• At 1:20 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1600 block of Scott Street.
• At 3:33 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Whitener Street.
• At 9:04 a.m., a citizen assist in the 200 block of South Lorimier Street.
• At 1:03 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Independence Street.
• At 2:42 p.m., a vehicle fire on Interstate 55.
• At 3:08 p.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of North Spring Avenue.
• At 5:21 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2100 block of William Street.
