The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Shanta Keaira Bell, 22, 1115 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fines for prohibited acts.
  • James Paul Dannemueller, 24, 1006 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect and nonsupport.
  • Andrew James Warren, 23, 524 S. Spring Ave., Apt. F, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Carrie Denae Clover, 27, 319 Park Dr., Apt. 309, on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud, passing bad checks.
  • Two minors were arrested for possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • Laura Leann Thomas, 21, of Martson, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Thefts

  • Tools, cash, compact discs and shoes were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
  • Two Missouri license plates were reported stolen from 1900 Thilenius St.
  • A boat tarp, tackle box and depth finder were reported stolen from 1902 Rampart St.
  • Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A 1994 maroon Ford Escort was reported stolen from 119 N. Ellis St. and later recovered.
  • A Sony PlayStation, DVDs and a video camera were reported stolen from 114 S. Benton St.
  • Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive, reported the theft of video games.
  • A purse was reported stolen from 666 S. Spring Ave.
  • A 1986 gray Cadillac Deville was reported at 927 Jefferson Ave.
  • The theft of a black-and-silver Schwinn bike was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

Miscellaneous

  • Accidental property damage was reported at 2466 Camel Back Road.
  • A 16-year-old juvenile was cited for being beyond parental control.
  • A 18-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • The fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 1124 S. Ranney Ave.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Charles P. Morrison, 43, 323 E. Washington St., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
  • A 16-year-old boy was issued summonses for failure to stop for a stop sign, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and speeding. He was referred to juvenile authorities for possession of a controlled substance.

Fraud

  • Credit card fraud was reported in the 200 block of West Vale Drive.

Property

  • Property damage was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Park Street.
  • Indecent exposure was reported in the 200 block of North High Street.
  • A violation of an ex parte order of protection was reported in the 200 block of Grandview Drive.
