The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Summons

• Katherine L. Ray, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing.

Theft

• Stealing was reported in the 2100 block of William Street.

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

DWI

• Elizabeth Penny, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle at such a speed to impede traffic.

Theft

• Theft reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud reported in the 300 block of South Farmington Road.
• Harassment reported in the area of North Farmington Road and Oak Street.
