The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Mark Lincoln, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Scott County warrants.

Thefts

• Burglary was reported at 301 N. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of an illegal weapon and manufacturing a controlled substance were reported at 448 N. Fountain St.
• Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Mount Auburn Road.

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jeffrey Snider, 49, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
• Richard Gross, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Lori Quade, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the area of Trace Street.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
• Burglary was reported in the 700 block of Amanda Street.

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Plainview Avenue.
• Property damage was reported in the area of Walton Drive.
