CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Antwon Beasley, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving on a revoked license.
• Ymani Brown, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant.
• Tara Depauw, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a State of Missouri warrant.
• Christopher Cruz, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported in the 1800 block of Lexington Avenue.
• Assault was reported.
• Assault on a law enforcement officer, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and disarming a peace officer were reported. A suspect is in custody pending formal charges.
• Assault was reported at 1751 Independence St.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Lisa Miroslaw, 51, of Fairview, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Jordy Collins, 29, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of first-degree trespassing and second-degree property damage.
• Michael Pruitt, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault.
• Brittany Newson, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Austin Musgrove, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked/suspended license.
• Richard Swader, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Tyegeia Haynes, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked/suspended license and displaying plates of another vehicle.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Ladonn Smith, 37, of Carbondale, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Robert Silman, 27, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the area of Birk Lane and South Old Orchard Road.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of Donna Drive.

• Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 2900 block of Sappington Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Eastview Court.
