DWI

• Terrence Brown, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Cortney Woodson, 39, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Ashley Lynn, 35, of Scott City was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Darius Love, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Matthew Margin, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants.
• Bretton Stevens, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Assaults

• Assault was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
• Domestic assault was reported in the 1800 block of Dumais Drive.

Thefts

• Robbery was reported at Marco's Pizza, Broadway and West End Boulevard.
• Theft was reported at Williams Brothers Contracting, 2640 Hopper Road.
• Burglary was reported at 530 Cape Meadows Circle.
• Theft was reported at 539 Woodbine Lane.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of a controlled substance was reported on Kingshighway.
• Possession of a controlled substance was reported in the 700 block of North Main Street.
• Fraudulent procurement of a credit/debit device was reported.
• Attempted rape and stealing were reported in the 3000 block of Mimosa Street.
• Rape and armed criminal action were reported at 1701 Lacey St.
