Arrests

• Kyle Foutch, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver's license suspended/revoked, failure to register motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Solomon Hulbert, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants.

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of E Washington St 08/13/2022
