Assaults

• Fourth-degree assault was reported on South Spring Avenue.
• Assault was reported on South Spanish Street.
• Third-degree domestic assault was reported on Merriwether Street.

Miscellaneous

• Leaving the scene of an accident was reported on Siemers Drive.
• Domestic disturbance was reported on North Sprigg Street.
• First-degree property damage was reported on South Pacific Street.
• Shots fired and unlawful use of a weapon were reported on South Benton Street.
• Purchase/attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor, person under 21 years posses reproduced, modified or altered drivers license, military identification card, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle in careless and imprudent manner, failure to maintain financial responsibility/insurance and failure to register motor vehicle/trailer annually with director of revenue were reported on North Pacific Street.
• Shots fired and unlawful used of a weapon was reported.
• Displaying or possessed motor vehicle/trailer plates of another person and possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid were reported on South Hanover Street.
• Leaving the scene of an accident was reported on South Ranney Avenue.
• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony were reported on North Kingshighway.

JACKSON

Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tyler Bowers, 43, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and sexual misconduct.
• Tallis Johnston, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of minor visibly intoxicated.
• Kyle Hudson, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant.
• Hayden Harris, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Alexis Grither, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant.
• Matthew Stewart, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant.
• Cecile Carnell, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jahlen Pippins, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a St Charles, Missouri, Department of Corrections warrant and also issued a citation for fail to register motor vehicle.
• Gaila Adams, 65, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and failure to register motor vehicle.
• Mallord Meyr, 36, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant .

DWI

• Alex Meyer, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of alcohol by minor, following to close and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 100 block of East Mary Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of East Main Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Kimbeland Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Farmington Road.
• Property damage was reported in the 2100 block of Old Toll Road.
• Charles Wolters, age 32 of Jackson was issued a citation for leaving scene of motor vehicle accident.
• Michael Lombardi, 51 of Cape Girardeau, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register motor vehicle.
