  • Medical assists were made at 2:15 a.m. on South Hanover Street; 2:18 a.m. on William Street; 8:44 a.m. on South Broadview Street; 9:01 a.m. on North Spanish Street; 9:46 a.m. on Sycamore Circle; 11:12 a.m. on Broadway; 12:05 p.m. on South Kingshighway; 1:10 p.m. on North Broadview Street; 1:34 p.m. on Woodland Drive; 4:51 p.m. on Good Hope Street; 5:16 p.m. on Linden Street; and 11:31 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.
  • At 9:39 a.m., smoke detector activation, no fire, was reported on Belleridge Pike.
  • At 6:31 p.m., smoke detector activation, no fire, was reported on Veterans Memorial Drive.

The Scott City Fire Department responded to the following calls:

April 13 to April 20

  • Medical assists were made April 13 in the 400 block of Crites Street and 1000 block of East Second Street; April 14 in the 1300 block of West Mar-Elm Street; April 15 in the 100 block of Azalea Drive, 200 block of West Cherry Street, 600 block of Main Street, 2300 block of James Street and 600 block of Main Street; April 16 in the 600 block of Main Street, 400 block of Crites Street and 200 block of Linden Avenue; April 17 in the 400 block of Tulip Lane and the 600 block of Main Street; and Apri 19 in the 400 block of Lincoln.
  • April 17, water rescue was performed at the diversion channel boat ramp.
  • April 18, grass fire was reported on Interstate 55.
  • April 20, vehicle fire was reported on Interstate 55.
