NINA NELSON

PERRYVILLE -- Nina L. Nelson, 53, of Perryville died Monday, Aug. 24, 1998, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Sept. 24, 1944, on Kaskaskia Island, daughter of Lloyd and Leona Heob Lankford.

Nelson was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church and Eagles Auxiliary.

Survivors include two daughters, Cristal Keith of Memphis, Tenn., Elizabeth Kuehn of Ste. Genevieve; a son, Russell Nelson of Perryville; a sister, Clementine Moll of Perryville; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and Thursday from 6:30-9:40 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. today.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
