SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Sherri Kay Uhrhan and Roger Anthony DeBrock exchanged vows Dec. 30, 2000, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo. The Rev. Oliver Clavin performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Betty Ressel, and vocalists were Bobby Ressel and Renee Reinagel, all of Kelso. A handbell solo was presented by Catherine Martin.
Terry and Kay Uhrhan of Scott City are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Bernard and Rosemary DeBrock of Chaffee, Mo., and the late Mickey DeBrock.
Maid of honor was Kathy Enderle of Chaffee, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Julie Duenne of Benton, Mo., and Lori Todt of Oran, Mo.
Mike Essner of Oran, brother-in-law of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Wayne DeBrock of Oran, brother of the groom, and Scott Uhrhan of Scott City, brother of the bride. Ushers were Thomas DeBrock of Benton, son of the groom, and Darren Glastetter of Oran.
Flower girl was Hailey Enderle, daughter of Kathy Enderle of Chaffee and cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Gaven Ray, son of Teresa Scherer and Shane Ray of Benton.
Candlelighters were Glenda Essner of Oran, sister of the groom, and Teresa Scherer.
Mass servers were Josh DeBrock of Benton, son of the groom, and Michelle Essner of Oran, niece of the groom.
Kristi Uhrhan of Chaffee, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the parish center. Servers were Joy and Becky Frey, Tammy Maloy and Lisa Landewee.
The couple's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Dec. 29 at Ruma Center in Kelso.
Mrs. DeBrock is a graduate of Scott City High School. She is employed at Wood and Huston Bank in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a graduate of Oran High School. He is employed at Biokyowa Inc. in Cape Girardeau.
The couple lives near Chaffee.
