JACKSON, Mo. -- Andrea Johanna Siemer and Christopher Scott Marchi exchanged vows May 12, 2001, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. J. Friedel performed the ceremony. Organist was Lenny Kuper, soloist was Lori Schaffer, and music was provided by Trio Girardeaux of Cape Girardeau.
Parents of the couple are John and Irmgard Siemer and Dennis and Kathy Marchi, all of Jackson.
Matron of honor was Dr. Deanna Siemer of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nikki Bunner of Wentzville, Mo.; Joyce Siemer of Friedheim, Mo., sister-in-law of the bride; Christy Brugger of Jackson; Mandy Bryan of Zionsville, Ind.; Diane Cardinal of Brownsburg, Ind.; Julie Smith and Robin King of Jackson.
Marvin Adams Jr. of Jackson served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Todd Marchi of Jackson, brother of the groom; Tony Siemer of Friedheim, brother of the bride; Todd Reiminger and Toby Crowden of Jackson; Brad Borgfield of Cape Girardeau; Chad Clippard of St. Louis; and Kevin Welker of Jackson, brother-in-law of the bride. Ushers were Todd Marchi, Tony Siemer and Kevin Welker.
Flower girl was Rachel Marchi, daughter of Mike and Karen Marchi of St. Louis and cousin of the groom. Candlebearer was Kaleb Siemer, son of Tony and Joyce Siemer and nephew of the bride.
Candlelighter was Robin King.
Heidi Hume of Jackson attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception and dinner was held at Bavarian Halle. Servers were Nicole Martin of St. Louis and Sally Adams of Jackson.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner May 11 at Cape Girardeau Country Club.
Mrs. Marchi received a degree in physical therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a physical therapist at Southeast Outpatient Rehabilitation in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a financial representative with Northwest Mutual Financial Network in Cape Girardeau.
After a Caribbean cruise, the couple resides in Jackson.
