WHITEWATER -- Regina Renee Newell and Timothy Joseph Becker were married Feb. 17, 2000, at Otter Slough in Dexter. Ronnie Collier performed the double ring ceremony.
Robert and Marty Ford of Whitewater are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Ed and Joanne Becker of St. Peters.
The bride's parents served as matron of honor and best man.

A reception was held Feb. 27 at the Ford home.
Mrs. Becker is employed at HSCA in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is employed by state of Missouri Division of Youth Services.
After a wedding trip to New Orleans, La., and Biloxi, Miss., the couple resides in Jackson.
