WEDDINGS: LOWELL-ATCHISON

Vanessa Lowell and Steve Atchison were married Jan. 3, 2001, at A Hollywood Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nev. The Rev. Abby Durham performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ruth Ladd of Chaffee, Mo., and the late Elvin Earl Ladd. The groom is the son of Gordon Atchison of Jackson, Mo., and the late Virginia Farrar.

Mrs. Atchison is a graduate of Abilene High School in Abilene, Texas, and attended Rend Lake College in Ina, Ill. She is employed by the Pyramid Group.

The groom is a graduate of Oran High School at Oran, Mo. He is employed by Best Fender Products of Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
