WEDDINGS: LOGEL-CARROLL

Lisa Catherine Logel and Winchell Smith Carroll Jr., were married Nov. 20, 1999, at Shrine of St. Joseph in St. Louis. The Rev. John Wetmore performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Ralph Ellerback; trumpeter was Mark Hasenstab; and vocalist was Maribeth McMahon; all of St. Louis.

Gilbert and Joan Logel of Cape Girardeau are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Patricia Carroll of Chicago, Ill.

Melanie Samisch of St. Louis was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kimberley Treece of Westin, Fla.; Linda Carroll Reisner, sister of the bride; and Joan Logel, sister-in-law of the bride; both of St. Louis.

The groom chose Thomas Strader of Danville, Ill., as best man. Groomsmen were Geoffrey Carroll of Chicago, brother of the groom; Steven Guild of Gainesville, Fla.; and David Logel of St. Louis, brother of the bride. Ushers were Michael Logel of Chicago; and Steven Logel of Cape Girardeau; both brothers of the bride.

Flower girl was Rachel Reisner, daughter of Jeff and Linda Reisner of St. Louis. She is niece of the bride.

Candlelighters were Marcie Logel of Chicago, niece of the bride; and Sarah Carroll of Chicago, sister of the groom.

Guest book attendant was Christina Arnet Corbett, cousin of the bride. Program attendant was Angela Tanner.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at The Chesire Inn in Clayton.

The groom hosted the rehearsal dinner at Schneithorst's in Clayton on Nov. 19.

Mrs. Carroll received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri in 1992. She is a senior internal auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1988. He is a senior examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

After a wedding trip to the Hawaiian Island, the couple resides in St. Louis.
