SIKESTON, Mo. -- First Assembly of God Church was the setting April 14, 2001, for the wedding of Karie Lea King and Danny Ray Rinehart. The Rev. Bobby Jack Burns Sr. performed the double ring ceremony. Pianist was Mary Ellen King, aunt of the bride.
Parents of the couple are Bill and Elsie King of Sikeston, and Philip and Sue Rinehart of Chaffee, Mo.
Lisa Lemons of Cape Girardeau was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Frankie Bick of Cape Girardeau, Laura Jones of Dexter, Mo., and Kim Sears of Sikeston.
Best man was Mike Jobe of Chaffee, uncle of the groom. Groomsmen were Matt Johnson of Austin, Texas, brother-in-law of the groom; Paul Ivester and Bill Jobe of Chaffee. Ushers and candlelighters were Kevin King and Nancy Shy of Oran, Mo.
Flower girl was Lesli Johnson of Austin. Ringbearer was Brandon Ivester of Chaffee.
Laura Stone of Sikeston, aunt of the bride, attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception and dinner was held in the multipurpose building at the church. Servers were Becky Ivester, Laura Stone, and the groom's mother.
Mrs. Rinehart is a 1998 graduate of Kelly High School at Benton, Mo. She is employed at Good Humor-Breyers in Sikeston.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Bryan High School in Bryan, Texas. He is employed at Plaza Tire Service in Cape Girardeau.
The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
