LEOPOLD, Mo. -- Jennifer K. Keller and Jackie L. Garland were married Dec. 30, 2000, at St. John's Catholic Church. The Rev. Bill Huggins performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Mary Jansen. Vocalists were Hanna Jansen, Stephanie Horrell, Jennifer VanGennip and Tara Broshuis.
The bride is the daughter of Jerene Keller of Leopold and John Keller of Chaffee, Mo. Dave and Faye Garland of Marble Hill, Mo., are parents of the groom.
Matron of honor was Diane Keller of Chaffee, aunt of the bride. Bridesmaids were Beth Nenninger and Lisa Peters of Leopold; Gina Cook-Jansen of Leopold, aunt of the bride; Monica Meyer of Marthasville, Mo.; and Jessica Garland, sister of the groom.
Trevor Foeste of McClure, Ill., served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Joe and John Keller of Leopold, brothers of the bride; Leroy Jansen of Leopold, uncle of the bride; Muck Statler and Andy Cook, cousin of the groom, both of Marble Hill. Ushers were Jeff Cook, cousin of the groom, and Alan Terbrak, both of Marble Hill; Craig Bohnsack of Jackson and Dustin Jansen of Leopold, cousins of the bride.
Junior bride was Brittany Garland, daughter of the couple.
Candlelighters were Jodi VanGennip of Leopold, Tracy Koyle of Marble Hill, April Cousins of Benton, Mo., and Mandee Neivar of Cape Girardeau.
Following the ceremony, the reception and dance was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Servers were Brenda McClard, Judy Keller and Linda Pace, aunts of the bride; Susie Deck, Tara Broshuis, Stephanie Horrell, Hanna Jansen and Jennifer VanGennip.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at the KC Hall.
Mrs. Garland is a 1999 graduate of Leopold High School, and is pursuing a degree in social work at Southeast Missouri State University. She is a family assistance worker at Community Counseling Center.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of New Bethel Christian School. He is employed at Blattner Steel.
After a cruise to the Bahamas, the couple resides in Marble Hill.
