PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Nicole Dawn Fritsche and Adam Ryan Burger were married June 9, 2001, at Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Matthew Marks performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Allyn Steffens, and soloists were Michelle Spooler and Christie Steffens.

Parents of the bride are Gerald and Sandra Fritsche of Perryville. The groom is the son of Ronald and Karen Burger of Scott City, Mo.

Matron of honor was Rhonda Fritsche of Perryville, sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmaids were April Burger of Scott City, sister-in-law of the groom; Kelly Kincade of Jackson; and Joan Thomas of Columbia, S.C.

John Wipfler of Scott City served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Scott Burger of Scott City, brother of the groom; Jeff Fritsche of Perryville, brother of the bride; and Dale Hudgens of Bloomfield, Mo. Ushers were Keith Hamm and Ryan Legrand of Scott City.

Candlelighters were Beth Kiefer of Perryville and Jenny Webb of Lombard, Ill., cousins of the bride.

Flower girl was Becky Burger, and ringbearers were Tyler Fritsche and Zach Cotner. Becky is the daughter of Scott and April Burger of Scott City and niece of the groom. Tyler is the son of Jeff and Rhonda Fritsche and nephew of the bride. Zach is the son of John and Tammy Cotner of Scott City and nephew of the groom.

Tammy Cotner, sister of the groom, attended the guest book. Program attendants were Libby Burger and Caitlyn Cotner, nieces of the groom. Justin Fritsche of Perryville, nephew of the bride, handed out bubbles.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City. Servers were Angie Hudgens, Laura Goodson and Carrie Fritsche.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 8 at Country Kettle in Biehle, Mo.

Mrs. Burger received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University.

The groom received a degree in design drafting from Linn Technical College. He is employed at Strickland Engineering in Jackson.

The couple resides in Jackson.
