JACKSON, Mo. -- St. Paul Lutheran Church was the setting June 17, 2000, for the wedding of Connie Lynn Burroughs and Michael Ray Heath. The Rev. David Johnson performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Judy Aufdenberg and soloist was Bill Bonney, both of Jackson.
The bride is the daughter of Marvin Sides and Martha Sides of Jackson. The groom is the son of Ray and Glenda Heath of Eldorado, Ill.
Maid of honor was Penny Tanner, sister of the bride, and bridesmaid was Teresa Hornbeak, both of Jackson.
Steve Kuroski of St. Louis was best man. Groomsman was Brian Heath of Eldorado, brother of the groom. Ushers and candlelighters were Tim Burroughs of Jackson, brother of the bride, and Brian Glascock of Jacksonville, Ill.
Flower girl was Kayla Heath, daughter of Brian and Gayla Heath and niece of the groom.
Guest book attendant was Jennifer Burroughs, sister-in-law of the bride, and program attendant was Amy Scharenborg, cousin of the bride, both of Jackson.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church fellowship hall. Servers were Connie Enderle, Paula Grass and Doris Tripp.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 16 at Pop's Pizza.
Mrs. Heath is a 1986 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed in the business office at Community Counseling Center in Cape Girardeau.
The groom received a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995. He is an engineer with Link Electronics Inc. in Cape Girardeau.
The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
