WEDDINGS: BURROUGHS-BRUNWORTH

FROHNA, Mo. -- Concordia Lutheran Church was the setting Sept. 16, 2000, for the wedding of Amber Olivia Burroughs and Kevin Patrick Brunworth. The Revs. Wayne Palmer and Todd Brunworth, uncle of the groom, performed the double ring ceremony. Organist and soloist was John Meehan of Alton, Ill.

Parents of the couple are Ilmer and Connie Burroughs of Frohna, and Don and Jeanne Brunworth of Glen Carbon, Ill.

Maid of honor was Melody Burroughs of Frohna, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Christy Steinbecker of Perryville, Mo., Stacey Hoskins of St. Louis, Shandy Scholl of Frohna, and Dawn Devoto of St. Charles, Mo. Junior maid of honor was Katie Burroughs of Frohna, sister of the bride.

Aaron Brunworth of Edwardsville, Ill., served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Eric Springs of Fort Smith, Ark., Chris Cook of Knoxville, Tenn., Chris Herndon of Amarillo, Texas, Dan Bartle of St. Louis, and Brandon Kurz of Phoenix, Ariz. Ushers were Matt Wright of Caruthersville, Mo., and Andrew Hecht of New Wells, Mo., cousins of the bride; Scott Brunworth of Arvada, Colo., cousin of the groom; and Mike Kloos of St. Louis.

Flower girl was Brianna Lueders and ringbearers were Brandon Lueders and Kyle Hollowell, cousins of the bride. Brianna and Brandon are children of Stan and Tammy Lueders of Jackson, Mo. Kyle is the son of Tom and Nicole Hollowell of Dixon, Mo.

Tara Hecht of St. Louis, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book. Program attendants were Elise Hecht of Cape Girardeau and Tessa Burroughs of Altenburg, Mo., cousins of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance was held at Bavarian Halle in Fruitland, Mo.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 15 at Enchanted Gardens in Jackson.

Mrs. Brunworth is a 1994 graduate of Perryville High School, and a 1999 graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She is a registered pharmacist with Walgreens in St. Louis.

The groom is a 1991 graduate of Edwardsville High School, and 1996 graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He is a pharmacy manager with Walgreens in Affton, Mo.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple resides in St. Louis.
