UNIONTOWN, Mo. -- Dawn Nicole Bock and James Andrew Walkup exchanged vows March 17, 2001, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in St. Louis. The Rev. Jeremy Schultz performed the double ring ceremony. Musicians were Mark and Joanna Bender. Readers were Jennifer L'Hote-Gaston of Lake Jackson, Texas, and Rich Hayward of Kansas City, Mo.
Parents of the bride are Gilbert and Donna Bock Jr. of Uniontown. The groom is the son of James and Phyllis Walkup of Peoria, Ill.
Maid of honor was Dana Seibel of Frohna, Mo. Bridesmaids were Stacey Davis of Peoria, Kym Bock of Uniontown, Amy Blaisdell, Beth Pingel and Jennifer Taylor, all of St. Louis.
Eric Roadman of Kansas City served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Tim Reuschel of Kirksville, Mo., Shaun Bock of Uniontown, Daryl Reed of Jackson, Mich., Brett Fleury of Kansas City, and Rob Spalding of Chicago. Ushers were Jeff Seibel of Frohna and John Davis of Peoria.
Flower girl was Allyson Bock, niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Austin Bock, nephew of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance was held at Graphic Art Banquet Center in St. Louis.
Mrs. Walkup is a graduate of Perryville High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in finance from Murray State University, and a master's degree in business administration from Maryville University. She is employed at Edward Jones.
The groom is a graduate of Limestone Community High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Truman State University, and plans to enter St. Louis University School of Law this month. He is employed at Monsanto.
After a wedding trip to Lake Tahoe, the couple is residing in Ballwin, Mo.
