JACKSON -- Kendra Kay Seabaugh and Gary Don Files were married Feb. 12, 2000, at Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville. The Rev. Wayne Schwiesow performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Pat Palisch and soloist was Sherry Bartels, both of Jackson.
Parents of the bride are Dennis and Linda Seabaugh of Jackson. The groom is the son of Darlene Files of Charleston, and the late Gary Files.
Jennifer Simmons of Jackson was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Heather Blackwell, Sherry Bartels, and Jodi Seabaugh, sister-in-law of the bride, all of Jackson.
The groom chose Michael Belk of Diehlstadt as best man. Groomsmen were Jason Estes and Chris Jackson of Diehlstadt, and Mark Seabaugh of Jackson, brother of the bride. Ushers were Doug Seabaugh of Jackson, uncle of the bride, and Marcus Edmonds of Diehlstadt.
Candlelighter was Lori Files of Diehlstadt, sister of the groom.
Guest book attendants were Sarah Estes, Theresa Vogelsang and Amy Standefer, cousins of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at American Legion Hall in Chaffee. Servers were Sharon Thompson and Corliss Myer.
Mrs. Files is a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School, and expects to graduate from Southeast Missouri State University this fall. She is employed at Bank of America.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Kelly High School. He is a detailing specialist at Blattner Steel.
The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
