NEW WELLS, Mo. -- Marie Rogers and Al Brown were married April 22, 2000, at the home of her mother. Judge Edith Rutter performed the double ring ceremony. Soloist was Andrea Penzel, daughter of Phil and Sandy Penzel.

The former Ms. Rogers is the daughter of Faye Barnes of Annapolis.

The bride was presented in marriage by her son, Will Rogers.

Maid of honor was Jamie Rogers, daughter of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Barnes and Evelyn Barnes.

Richard Brown served his father as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Bollinger and Ed Pinkerton. Ushers were Joe Barnes and Trinity Barnes.

Aubrey Byron attended the guest book.

A reception followed the ceremony.

The couple resides in New Wells.
