JACKSON, Mo. -- Lisa A. Roach and Sam E. Brewer were married June 17, 2000, at First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Grant Gillard performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Jim Rhodes.

Parents of the couple are Richard and Marilyn Roach of Hannibal, Mo., and Porter and Marilyn Brewer of Jackson.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents.

Maid of honor was Michelle Roach of Hannibal, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Cherrie Allen, Jenny Layton, Jolynn Parker, Kim Donnelly and Nikki Hull.

The groom chose his father as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Vanamburg, Steve Ruppel, Travis Perr, Matt Terwelp and Don Rohlfs. Ushers were Jack Stephens and Ryan Imhof.

Flower girl was Brittany Brewer, daughter of the groom. Ringbearer was Zachary Abernathy, cousin of the groom.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Servers were Beth Langston, Christie Renner, Lisa Sandusky and Shawna Schmitt.

Mrs. Brewer is a 1994 graduate of Hannibal High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 1998. She is employed at Close Environmental Consultants in Cape Girardeau.

The groom is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School. He received an associate degree in electronic engineering from NATTC Millington. He is employed at ARI in Jackson.

The couple resides in Jackson.
