Cheri Carlton and James D. Honey were married Jan. 20, 2001, at Celebrations. The Revs. David Griesemer and Richard Martin performed the double ring ceremony. Vocalists were Mark and Lana Cook, and violinist was Casey Cook, all of Cape Girardeau.
The bride is the daughter of the late John Cauble of Dongola, Ill., and the late Ginger Hess of Anna, Ill. Honey is the son of Dimple and Bud Campbell of Tamms, Ill., and the late John Honey.
Matron of honor was Sandra Dillow of Lick Creek, Ill., sister of the bride.
Jack Honey of Metropolis, Ill., served his brother as best man.
Candlelighters were Stacey Klett of Cairo, Ill., daughter of the groom, and Laurie Gibbs of Cape Girardeau, daughter of the bride.
Jennifer Carlton of Cape Girardeau, daughter of the bride, read scriptures.
Guest book attendant was Lacy Cauble of Dongola, niece of the bride.
The reception was also held at Celebrations. Servers were Carol Schmidt and Vickie Neumeyer of Cape Girardeau.
Mrs. Honey is a hairdresser at Hair Studio 227 in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is owner of Honey's Service Station and Tire Center in Ullin, Ill.
The couple resides in Ullin.
