PATTON, Mo. -- April Elizabeth Wallner and Lance Richard Wallis were married June 24, 2006, at the Fredericktown Nazarene Church at Pinecrest Camp and Conference Center near Fredericktown, Mo. The Rev. Shurky Braike performed the ceremony. Music was by Brian Burkholder and Heidi Wallner.
The bride is the daughter of David and Donna Wallner of Ferguson, Mo. The groom is the son of Kathy Wallis of Patton, and the late Richard Wallis.
Bridesmaids were Megan Taylor, Heidi Wallner, Julie Taylor and Elizabeth Hollman.
Groomsmen were Herbert Bailey, Bryce Wallis, Michael Wallner and Benjamin Steffes. Ushers were Jonathan and Ryan Taylor.
Candlelighters were Faelyn Powell and Sierra Brummett.
Flower girl was Amara Bailey.
A dinner reception was held in the camp dining hall.
The groom's mother hosted the rehearsal dinner at Pasta House in Farmington, Mo.
Mrs. Wallis is a graduate of David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. She is a teacher at West End United Methodist Preschool in Nashville.
The groom is a graduate of the university. He is employed at Aquarium Restaurant in Nashville.
After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple resides in Nashville.
