Vickery - Hoffman

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Dana Kathryn Vickery and Andrew Lee Hoffman were married Aug. 13, 2011, at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Brentwood, Mo. The Rev. Jack Siefert performed the ceremony. Lectors were Suzie Vickery of Cape Girardeau, aunt and godmother of the bride, and Grace Hoffman of Belleville, Ill., godmother of the groom. Giftbearers were Jessica Worley of St. Louis and Kristin Mitchell of Winchester, Ky., cousins of the bride.

Organist was Jerry Dorhauer and soloist was Sarah Dorhauer of St. Louis.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lee Vickery of Sikeston. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry A. Hoffman of Chesterfield, Mo.

Matron of honor was Jill Lape of Sikeston, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erin Wist and Courtney Vickery of St. Louis, cousins of the bride; Jill Hall of St. Louis, Stephanie Lemmons of Sikeston, and Lucy Warmke of Cape Girardeau.

Michael and Matthew Hoffman of St. Louis served their brother as best men. Groomsmen were Erik Fradin of Santa Monica, Calif.; Josh Weinberg of Chicago; Ryne Vickery of St. Louis, brother of the bride; and Kevin Bender of St. Louis. Junior groomsman was Daniel Lape Jr. of Sikeston, nephew of the bride. Ushers were Tommy Struchtemeyer of Overland Park, Kan., and Chad Bricker of St. Louis.

Flower girls were Emma and Elizabeth Hoffman, nieces of the groom. Emma is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hoffman. Elizabeth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Hoffman. Ringbearers were William Lape and William Hoffman. William Lape is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Lape Sr. and nephew of the bride. William Hoffman is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Hoffman and nephew of the groom.

The reception was held at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 12 at Dominic's Trattoria in Clayton, Mo.

Mrs. Hoffman is a 2003 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is assistant manager of marketing communications with Ortho Organizers in Carlsbad, Calif.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of the university. He is finance controller with Sensient Technologies Inc. in Carlsbad.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Carlsbad.
