Thompson-Tritto

April Thompson and Christopher Jonathan Tritto were married June 7, 2003, in Columbia, Mo. The Rev. Ben Luedtke performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Joseph "Bud" and Sharon Thompson of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Stephen and Peggy Tritto of San Jose, Calif.

Matron of honor was Robin Garner of St. Louis, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Marisa Sherbo of Columbia, and Ashley Thompson of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride.

Matthew Tritto of San Francisco, Calif., was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Cory Garner of St. Louis, brother-in-law of the bride, and John Sheridan of Columbus, Ohio. Ushers were Damian Paletta of St. Louis and Jesse Bogan of Rolla, Mo.

Amy Zimmermann attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Missouri Manor. Server was Violet Smith.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 6 at the University of Missouri Alumni Center.

Mrs. Tritto received a bachelor of science degree in biology and a medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a resident physician in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Louis University Hospital.

The groom received a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of California-Los Angeles, and a master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a freelance reporter with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The couple resides in St. Louis.
