PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Michelle Lynn Soots and Larry Wayne Dreyer were married Oct. 12, 2002, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg, Mo. The Rev. Matthew Marks performed the ceremony. Vocalists were Stacey Kinikin and Dennis Hacker of Longtown, Mo.
Parents of the bride are J.T. Price of Altenburg and Shirley Richardson of Perryville. The groom is the son of Lowell and Irma Dreyer of Perryville.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father and a brother, Mark Soots.
Matron of honor was Janet Junker of Friedheim. Bridesmaids were Connie Wisdom of Perryville, sister of the bride; Tracy Dreyer of Columbia, Tenn., sister-in-law of the groom; and Diana Howe of Old Appleton, Mo.
Harold Dreyer of Columbia, Tenn., served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Richard Dreyer of Southaven, Miss., brother of the groom; Rick Kinikin of Longtown, Mo.; and Pete Howe of Old Appleton. Ushers were Dave Stortz and Scott Abernathy of Perryville.
Candlelighter was Mike Robins of Perryville.
Flower girls were Jessica and Julie Wisdom of Perryville, nieces of the bride. Ringbearer was Dustin Dreyer of Columbia, Tenn., nephew of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the American Legion Hall.
The rehearsal dinner was held Oct. 11 at Tric's Family Restaurant in Altenburg.
Mrs. Dreyer is a registered nurse at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is employed by Perryville Public Works.
After a cruise to the eastern Caribbean, the couple is residing in Perryville.
