Erin Lea Schoen and Corwin James Easley were married May 22, 2004, at La Croix United Methodist Church. The Rev. Ron Watts performed the ceremony. Music was by Chris Nall and Paul Smollen of Cape Girardeau. The groom played the saxophone.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Sandra Schoen of Oak Ridge. The groom is the son of Jack and Laura Luttrell of Cape Girardeau and Jim and Sue Easley of St. Charles, Mo.
Maid of honor was Jennifer Frey of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Michelle Bryan, Amber Sides and Christy Miskell.
Dustin Keele of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Daniel and T.J. Easley, and Brian Kornelius. Ushers were Charles Schoen, brother of the bride, and Augustus Davis.
Candlelighter was Kelly Knoll of St. Charles.
Flower girls were Katie Easley, sister of the groom, and Samantha Easley, cousin of the groom. Katie is the daughter of Jim and Sue Easley. Samantha is the daughter of David and Kathy Easley of Cape Girardeau. Ringbearer was Shawn Easley, son of David and Kathy Easley and cousin of the groom.
Kathy Easley attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony the reception was held at the Elks Lodge.
The rehearsal dinner was held May 21 at Port Cape Girardeau.
Mrs. Easley is a 2001 graduate of Central High School, and is attending Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is a nurse assistant at Southeast Hospital.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Central High School, and attended Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed at L&J Supply in Scott City.
The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
