Scheffer - James

Kelli Louise Scheffer and Terry Michael James were married April 18, 2009, at Henderson Beach State Park in Destin, Fla. The Rev. Nicholas Palisch performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Charles and LaDonna Scheffer of Cape Girardeau, and Eddy and Bonnie James of Jackson.

Matron of honor was Kea Goodin of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Debe Scheffer of Cape Girardeau, sister-in-law of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Marissa Scheffer of Cape Girardeau, niece of the bride.

Chris James of Jackson was his brother's best man. Groomsman was Justin Jones of Cape Girardeau.

Flower girl was Abbie James, daughter of the groom. Ringbearer was Lucas Gooding, nephew of the bride.

Mrs. James is a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She is a 2005 graduate of Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is a registered CAT Scan technologist at Saint Francis Medical Center and Cape Radiology Group.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. He is a 2004 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He is a trooper with Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The couple is residing in Jackson.
