Kristen Jean Reames and Jon Dennis Starzinger were united in marriage April 18, 2009, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fort Smith, Ark. The Rev. John Treude performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Sandra Reames of Paris, Ark. The groom is the son of Rhonda Starzinger of Jackson, and the late Dennis Starzinger.
Matron of honor was Tina Stafford of Paris, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Crystal Reames, sister-in-law of the bride, and Tina Zimmer, both of Paris.
Eric Starzinger of Cape Girardeau was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Chris Wunderlich of Dallas, Texas, and Brad Milde of Jackson. Ushers were Mark Sander of Jackson, Bryan Schmid of Dexter, Mo., Keith and Bradley Reames of Paris.
Candlelighters were Nathanael Weber of Jackson and Nichole Mobley of Cape Girardeau, nephew and niece of the groom.
Flower girl was Cheyanne Moore of Paris. Ringbearer was Hunter Reames of Paris, nephew of the bride.
A reception was held at the Travelodge in Fort Smith, and another reception was held June 6 at Zion Lutheran Church in Pocahontas.
The groom's mother hosted the rehearsal dinner April 17 at Western Sizzlin Steakhouse in Fort Smith.
Mrs. Starzinger received a degree in business technology from Arkansas Tech. She is retail sales manager and assistant guest services manager at Mount Magazine State Park near Paris.
The groom received a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a project engineer at Stark Manufacturing in Paris.
After a wedding trip to Gulf Shores, Ala., the couple is residing on Mount Magazine.
