Payton - Meystedt

Lauren Ashley Payton and Aron Clarke Meystedt were married Oct. 12, 2013, at Dalhousie Golf Club in Cape Girardeau. Tim Winborne performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are James and Linda Payton of Kansas City, Missouri, and Kermit and Sandy Meystedt of Cape Girardeau.

Maids of honor were Samantha Calon and Caitlynn Payton of Kansas City, sisters of the bride.

Best men were Jay Meystedt of Jackson, brother of the groom, and Graesen Meystedt of Cape Girardeau, nephew of the groom.

Flower girls were Anna and Savannah Jones and Liviah Meystedt, nieces of the groom. Anna and Savannah are daughters of Michael and Madra Jones of Cape Girardeau. Liviah is the daughter of Jay and Gigi Meystedt.

The reception was held at the golf club.

Lauren is a 2012 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a freelance photographer in Dallas, Texas.

Aron is a graduate of Southeast and attended graduate school at Southern Methodist University. He is a director at Heritage Auctions in Dallas.

After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is living in Dallas.
