CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Kayleigh Jean Parker and Jeremy Michael Halbert were married July 7, 2007, at Water's Edge Retreat in Gordonville. Susan Wilkerson performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Chelli Parker of Chaffee. The groom is the son of Harold Halbert of Wappapello, Mo., and Anita Thomason of Chaffee.
Matron of honor was Jessica Clymer of East Cape Girardeau, Ill. Bridesmaids were Lora Vails and Patricia Edwards of Cape Girardeau, and Alexis Burger of Jackson.
Larry Tuttleton of Chaffee was best man. Groomsmen were Travis Halbert of Chaffee, brother of the groom; Josh Petitt of Scott City, and Simon Bennett. Ushers were Joshua and Travis Parker of Chaffee, brothers of the bride.
Flower girl was Erica Bone, daughter of Christi Halbert and Greg Bone of Jackson.
The reception was held at Water's Edge Retreat. Servers were Harold Halbert and Linda.
The rehearsal luncheon was held at Water's Edge Retreat.
Mrs. Halbert is a 2005 graduate of Chaffee High School. She is a receptionist at Lutheran Home Health and Hospice in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Chaffee High School. He is a heavy equipment operator with First Missouri Terminal in Cape Girardeau.
The couple resides in Chaffee.
