Owen -- Katt

Gina Lynn Owen and Rodney Alfred Katt were married at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 13, 2014, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna, Missouri. The Rev. Rod Benkendorf performed the ceremony. Organist was Sarah Benkendorf of Frohna and the vocalist was Mary Hoehn of Perryville, Missouri.

The bride is the daughter of the late Alfred Kirn and Joyce Kirn of Jackson. The groom is the son of the late Elmer Katt and Marie Katt.

Maid of honor was Jackie Long of Marble Hill, Missouri, cousin of the bride. The bridesmaid was Valerie Owen of Jackson, daughter-in-law of the bride.

Greg Unger of Frohna, friend of the couple, was the best man. Groomsman was Justin Owen of Jackson, son of the bride.

Ushers were Josh Fritsche of Perryville, friend of the couple, and Brandon Steffens of St. Louis, cousin of the groom.

The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the couple at the Cody House in Brazeau, Missouri, on Dec. 12, 2014.

Gina is a graduate of Jackson High School and is employed at Cape Cardiology Group and Valve Center at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Rodney is a graduate of Perryville High School and is a self-employed farmer in Frohna.

The couple enjoyed a pre-wedding Alaskan cruise and will take a late honeymoon this December to the Eastern Caribbean. They will then reside in Frohna.
