Trinity Lutheran Church was the setting June 11, 2005, for the wedding of Amber Jean Niswonger and Timothy Lynn Horrell. The Rev. Douglas C. Breite performed the ceremony. Organist was Patti Rothe of Cape Girardeau.
The bride is the daughter of Marty and Nancy Niswonger of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Theon and Wilma Horrell of Leopold, Mo.
Maid of honor was Andrea Niswonger of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Amy Crumpecker of Cape Girardeau; Crystal Morton, cousin of the bride, Heidi Augspurger and Nicole Gerard, all of Cape Girardeau.
Shawn Rutherford of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Chris Horrell of St. Louis and Keith Horrell of Cape Girardeau, cousins of the groom; Chris White of Jackson and James Null of Marble Hill, Mo. Ushers were Rob Kluesner of Glennon, Mo., and Danny Neal of Gordonville, brothers-in-law of the groom.
Candlelighter was Crystal Morton.
Flower girl was Megan Perry, daughter of Jimmy and Carla Perry and cousin of the groom. Ringbearer was Nick Kluesner, son of Rob and Brenda Kluesner and nephew of the groom.
Guest book attendants were Karen Neal of Gordonville, sister of the groom, and Susan Vincel of Cape Girardeau, aunt of the bride. Programs were handed out by Brittney Perry, daughter of Jimmy and Carla Perry and cousin of the groom.
The reception was held at the home of Danny and Karen Neal. Servers were Tina Meyr, Amy Fellows and Sherri Gerecke.
The parents of the bride and groom hosted the rehearsal dinner June 10 in the church fellowship hall.
Mrs. Horrell is a 1998 graduate of Central High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed by Cape Girardeau School District and Natural Health Organic Foods.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Leopold High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Southeast. He is employed with Southeast Missouri Correctional Center.
After a wedding trip to Tennessee and North Carolina, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
