Miller-Peters

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Jana M. Miller and Matthew J. Peters were married April 17, 2004, at Whitewater. The Rev. Jack Owens performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Rebecca and Islay Vandverveld.

The bride is the daughter of Tony Jamar of Chelsea, Okla., and Marilyn Benton of Talala, Okla. The groom is the son of Glenda Griggs of Chaffee and Joe Peters of Cadet, Mo.

Matron of honor was Dena Milz of Whitewater, sister-in-law of the groom. Bridesmaids were Jodie Lacey of Bell City, Mo., and Cathy Richards of Chaffee, sister-in-law of the groom.

Steven Milz of Whitewater was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Nathan Richards and William Peters of Chaffee, brothers of the groom. Usher was Garret Warren, nephew of the groom.

Flower girl was Carlie Milz, daughter of Steve and Dena Milz and niece of the groom. Ringbearer was Gary Miller, son of the bride.

Christine Scherer, sister of the groom, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Crump.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Chaffee High School. He is employed at Nordenia USA.

The couple is residing in Chaffee.
