Sarah Marie Meyers and Casey Lee Cook were married June 10, 2006, at First General Baptist Church. The Rev. Sam Ramdial performed the ceremony. Violinist was the groom; guitarist was Mark Cook, father of the groom; and soloist was Jamie Sepulvado of Jackson. Recorded music by the groom and his father was also played.

Parents of the bride are Sheila and Richard Aufdenberg of Jackson and Scott Meyers of Grandview, Mo. The groom is the son of Mark and Lana Cook of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Samantha Meyers of Jackson, sister of the bride. Matron of honor was Amanda Emmons of St. Louis, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erin Craig; Sarah Aufdenberg, sister-in-law of the bride; and Nikki Burton, all of Cape Girardeau. Junior bridesmaid was Lara Meyers of Cape Girardeau, niece of the bride.

Noland Cook of Cape Girardeau was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Rocky Sabbatini of Atlanta, Ga., Shaun Craig of Cape Girardeau, Chip Sepulvado of Jackson, and Eric Hasty of Cape Girardeau. Junior groomsman was Evan Aufdenberg of Cape Girardeau, nephew of the bride. Ushers were Kerry Meyers of St. Louis and Junior Blattel of Anna, Ill., uncles of the bride; and Dustin LeGrand of Cape Girardeau.

Flower girl was Elizabeth Emmons, daughter of Lonnie and Amanda Emmons of St. Louis and cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Brayden Aufdenberg, son of Mike and Sarah Aufdenberg, nephew and godson of the bride.

Program attendants were Sarah Mahy of Cape Girardeau and Rachel Dailey of Springfield, Mo.

Mrs. Cook is a 2001 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006. She is a second grade teacher with Sikeston School District.

The groom is a 1996 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture from Southeast in 2001, and received a master of science degree in agronomy from Texas A&M University in 2005. He is a continuous improvement manager with Spartech Plastics.

After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
