Lectors were Ruth Ann Mier of Jackson, aunt of the bride; Edie Eeftink of Scott City and Sherry Dunseith of Moberly, Mo., aunts of the groom.
Mass servers were Nikki and John Chambers of Chaffee, Mo., cousins of the groom. Giftbearers were Sandy Ross of Jackson and Chris Mier of Scott City, godparents of the bride; Lori Buttrey of Council Grove, Kan., and Gerald Blattel of Chaffee, godparents of the groom. Eucharistic ministers were Patricia Schlosser of Scott City, grandmother of the groom, and Tony Mier of Jackson, uncle of the bride.
Organist was Dana Lynch of Oran. Vocalists were Krista Keesee and Douglas Moore of Kelso, and Theon Schlosser of Scott City, grandfather of the groom.
Parents of the couple are Barry and Susie McBride of Vanduser, Mo., and Darrel and Joan Blattel of Scott City.
Matron of honor was Alyshia McClendon of Sikeston, Mo., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Lange of Cape Girardeau; Christy Pinnell of Sikeston, cousin of the bride; Rebecca Mattes of Cape Girardeau; Amanda McCormick of Jackson, Katie Ressel of Kelso, and Deana McCormick of Jackson, the latter three cousins of the groom.
Ryan Blattel of Scott City was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Thomas Buttrey of Council Grove, cousin of the groom; John Murrah of New Hamburg, Mo.; Jarret Seiler of Benton, Mo.; Brian Hulshof of Kelso; Brandon Blattel of Chaffee, Mo.; and Anthony Ressel of Kelso, cousin of the groom. Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 11 at their home.
Mrs. Blattel is a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School, and a 2003 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a marketing and advertising specialist with Ole Hickory Pits in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame, and 2003 graduate of Southeast. He is a marketing representative with SEMO Port Authority in Scott City.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia in the West Indies, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
