Rebecca Jean Luebbers and Charles Wayne Sullivan were married Feb. 15, 2003, at Bethany Baptist Church. The Rev. Raymond McAfee performed the ceremony. Soloist was Danetta Held of Cape Girardeau.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Bob Luebbers of Cape Girardeau, and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Martin of Scott City.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father and her son, Brandon Palermo.
Maid of honor was Chelsea Palermo of Jackson, daughter of the bride. Matron of honor was Danetta Held, and bridesmaids were Janice Gatzemeyer of Jackson and Jeanna Bergen of Scott City.
Mark Sullivan of Kansas City was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Rick Smith of East Cape Girardeau, Ill., and Lowell Delashmutt of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Butch Lufcy and Tony Ross of Cape Girardeau.
Candlelighters were Jamie and Jennifer Glency, daughters of Jeanna Bergen.
Flower girl was Hannah Gatzemeyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Craig Gatzemeyer of Jackson.
Ashtin Hale, niece of the bride, attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance was held at the Elks Lodge in Jackson. Servers were Kim Hale, sister of the bride; Terri Blake, and Dickie Hale.
The couple is residing in Jackson.
