Jenna Leet and Cody Carol Bailey were married Jan. 2, 2010, at North Oxford Baptist Church in Oxford, Miss. Tim Fortner performed the ceremony. Robert Schultze read scriptures. Vocalists were Emily Bolin of Dalton, Ga., and Jerry Studdard of Columbus, Miss. Music was provided by Wedding Festival Quartet of Oxford.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Gregory S. Leet of Jackson. The groom is the son of Ronald Bailey and Sherra Browning of Ellisville, Miss.
Maid of honor was Melissa Brown of Oxford, and matron of honor was Emily Bolin. Bridesmaids were Mindy Boettcher of Las Vegas, Anne Lowery of Los Angeles, Marissa McGraw of Dallas, Texas, Jaclyn Gresham of El Paso, Texas, Hannah Stephenson of New York, N.Y., Claire Smith of Dallas, Abbie Eason of Jackson, Miss., Brenna Baker of Dallas, and Kathleen Smith of Atlanta, Ga.
The groom chose his father as best man. Groomsmen were Brett Bailey of Ellisville, brother of the groom; Ryan Leet of Branson, Mo., and Jacob Leet of Cape Girardeau, brothers of the bride; Bain Nickels of Columbus, Trey Woodruff of Birmingham, Ala., Daniel Kennedy of Mobile, Ala., Wesley James of Petal, Miss., Seth Thompson and Zach Moulds of Ellisville, Griff Little of Mobile, Andrew Balducci, Nick Welly and Casey Rogers, all of Oxford.
The reception was held at The Inn at Ole Miss in Oxford.
The groom's family hosted the rehearsal dinner Jan. 1 at the University Club in Oxford.
Mrs. Bailey is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2007 with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and philosophy. She graduated cum laude in 2010 from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She is practicing law with Taggart, Rimes and Usry, PLLC, in Jackson, Miss.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of South Jones High School in Ellisville. He graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi State University in 2006 with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2010. He is clerking for Judge Rhesa H. Barksdale on the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and expects to begin work in August with Brunini, Grantham, Grower and Hewes, PLLC, in Jackson, Miss.
After a wedding trip to St. John, Antigua, the couple is residing in Jackson, Miss.
