Lee - Zeigler

Ashley Nicole Lee and Michael Alan Zeigler were united in marriage Sept. 27, 2008, at Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City. The Rev. Robert Azinger performed the ceremony. Organist was Heraleen Bowers of Scott City. Vocalists were Kari Bickings and Larry Chasteen of Oran, Mo.

The bride is the daughter of Butch and Sharon Lee of Scott City. The groom is the son of Alan and Donna Zeigler of Benton, Mo.

Maids of honor were Maria Davis of Chicago, and Lindsey Baker of Philadelphia, Pa., cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Angela Baker of Benton, Mo., sister of the groom; Stephanie Crabtree of Kelso, Mo.; Mistie Senciboy of Oran; Sara Kiplinger of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride; Jessi Jansen and Jenny Hughes of Scott City, and Kendra Jordan of Tamms, Ill.

Jordon Comer and Jacob Ressel of Scott City were best men. Groomsmen were Bryan Baker of Benton, brother-in-law of the groom; Todd Friend of Kelso; Brandon Licare of Jackson; Bobby Taylor of Oran; Shawn Lee of Scott City, brother of the bride; Michael O'brien of Sikeston, Mo., and Matt Reed of Anchorage, Alaska. Ushers were Ben Klipfel of Miami, Fla., and Josh Klipfel of New Hamburg, Mo., cousins of the groom; Logan Kirk of Cape Girardeau; and Travis Phillips of Scott City, cousin of the bride.

Candlelighters were Krissy Gaines, Chelsea Phillips, Erika Medlin and Bella Bowers. Krissy is the daughter of Andrew and Tammie Gaines of Oran and cousin of the groom. Chelsea is the daughter of Donnie and Linda Phillips of Scott City and cousin of the bride. Erika is the daughter of Mike and Karen Medlin of Scott City and cousin of the bride. Bella is the daughter of Bryan and Heraleen Bowers.

Flower girls were Mariah and Chloe McAlister, daughters of Justin and Sharee McAlister of Scott City. Ringbearer was Dalton Smith, son of John and Rhonda Smith of Scott City.

Janelle Essner of Nashville, Tenn., cousin of the groom, attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City. Servers were family and friends of the bride and groom.

The rehearsal dinner was held Sept. 26 in the church parish hall.

Mrs. Zeigler is a graduate of Scott City High School. She received an associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene from John A. Logan College, and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management from Mid Continent University. She is a dental hygienist with Shamrock Dental Group.

The groom is a graduate of Kelly High School. He is a firefighter and emergency medical technician. He is an EMT with North Scott County Ambulance District.

After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
