ORAN, Mo. — Danielle Nicole Klipfel and John David Vandeven were married Aug. 18, 2007, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran. The Rev. John Harth performed the ceremony. Organist was Pam Horrell of Leopold, Mo., and vocalist was Renee Reinagel of Kelso, Mo.

Parents of the couple are William E. and Peggy Klipfel of Oran, and John G. and Mary Vandeven of Leopold.

Maid of honor was Latitia Guthals of Hallsville, Mo. Bridesmaids were Kelly Burger of Cape Girardeau, Austyn Isle of Columbia, Mo., Jamie Swoboda of Washington, Mo., and Amy Dirnberger of New Hamburg, Mo.

Donnie Landewee of Leopold was best man. Groomsmen were Kirt Burger of Cape Girardeau, Jason Van de Ven, Scott Engelen and Michael Vandeven, all of Leopold. Ushers were Alan Beussink of Jackson and Chad VanGennip of Leopold.

The reception was held at Oran Knights of Columbus Hall.

Mrs. Vandeven is a 2003 graduate of Oran High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Missouri Sinclair School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Leopold High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002. He is a business analyst with Spartech Corp. in Clayton, Mo.

After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple resides in O'Fallon, Mo.
