Jennifer Marie Kenkel and Jared Andrew McMullin exchanged wedding vows Oct. 7, 2006, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo. The Rev. Oliver Clavin performed the ceremony. Eucharistic ministers were Danny and Doris Moore of Scott City and Mark Ressel of Kelso. Lector was Connie McAnelly of Oran, Mo. Offertory was by Michelle and Chris Mohney of Scott City, sister and brother-in-law of the bride.
Organist was Betty Ressel of Kelso, and soloists were Bobby Ressel of Benton, Mo., and Renee Reinagel of Kelso.
The bride is the daughter of Elmer and Glenda Kenkel of Scott City. The groom is the son of Andrew and Alma McMullin of Benton, Mo.
Maid of honor was Tammy Crites of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Julie Schloser of Scott City, sister of the bride; Angie Dombrowski of Cape Girardeau; Cindy Bryant of Chaffee, Mo.; Tammy Cawthra of Cape Girardeau; and Laura Riley of Sikeston, Mo., sister of the groom.
David Nall of Benton was best man. Groomsmen were Eric Schlosser of Scott City, brother-in-law of the bride; Dustin Warren of Altenburg, Mo.; Chuck Huffman of Cape Girardeau; Brian Pierce of Lesterville, Mo.; and Brandon Spitzmiller of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Joe Simmons of Chaffee and Travis DeGroot of Jackson.
Candlelighters were Angie Dombrowski and Joe Simmons.
Flower girls were Olivia Schlosser, cousin of the bride, and Allison Riley of Sikeston, niece of the groom. Olivia is the daughter of Doug and Kristi Schlosser. Allison is the daughter of John and Laura Riley.
Kara Harp attended the guest book. Program attendant was Alyssa Mohney of Scott City, niece of the bride.
The reception was held at the parish center. Servers were Tara Renner, Dorothy Tipton, Ashley Lee and Michelle Mohney.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 6 at the parish center.
Mrs. McMullin is a 1997 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
The groom is a 1997 graduate of Kelly High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in manufacturing engineering technology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2003. He is an equipment and controls technician with Kinder Morgan Inc.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Jackson.
