Chelsea Denae Kaminskey and Kellan Joseph Robert True, both of Jackson, were married Sept. 26, 2015, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson. The Rev. Jason Shaw performed the ceremony. Kristin Schweain of Jackson provided the music.
Chelsea is the daughter of Doug and Gina Kaminskey of Jackson and Kellan is the son of Joe True and Mitchell and Terry Baker, all of Jackson.
Cammie Essner of Jackson, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Taylor Leoni of Jackson, cousin of the bride; Charly Essner of Jackson, friend of the bride; Kara Schlitt of Jackson, sister of the groom; and Madelyn Baker of Jackson, sister of the groom.
Flower girl was Ava Schlitt, niece of the groom and daughter of Clayton and Kara Schlitt of Jackson.
Ring bearer was Paxton Essner, nephew of the bride and son of Trent and Cammie Essner of Jackson.
Candlelighters were Macy Goshen of Jackson and Amanda McCormick of Sedgewickville, Missouri, both friends of the bride.
Best man was Travis Thrower of Memphis, Tennessee, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Casey Saunders of St. Louis, friend of the groom; Andrew Welker of Jackson, friend of the groom; Trent Essner of Jackson, brother-in-law of the bride; and Isaac Baker of Jackson, brother of the groom.
Ushers were Jesse Essner and Tim Stearns, both of Jackson and friends of the groom. Jordan Myer of Jackson, cousin of the bride, was program attendant.
A wedding reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner on Sept. 25 at Port Cape in Cape Girardeau.
The bride received a Bachelor of General Studies degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 2012 and an associate degree in nursing from Southeast Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences in 2015. She is a registered nurse at Saint Francis Medical Center.
The groom received a Bachelor of Science degree in recreation from Southeast Missouri State University in 2013. He works at Viking-Cives in Morley, Missouri.
After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple lives in Jackson.
