Jennifer Patrice Jones and Richard Wayne Turman were united in marriage Aug. 28, 2004, at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson. The Rev. Samuel Roethemeyer performed the ceremony. Organist was Christy Shinn and soloist was Meredeth Lape, both of Jackson.
The bride is the daughter of Steven and Patti Jones of Jackson. The groom is the son of Ottis Turman of Zion, Ill., and Patricia Susek of Melrose Park, Ill.
Maid of honor was Lindsey Walker of Kansas City, Mo. Bridesmaids were Kristie Qualls of St. Louis and Caroline Harper of Jackson.
Paul McLafferty of Elmhurst, Ill., was best man. Groomsmen were Jason Brown of Albuquerque, N.M., and Joe Golbeck of Gilberts, Ill. Ushers and candlelighters were Jason Jones of St. Louis and Jonathan Jones of Jackson, brothers of the bride.
Flower girl was Katelyn Rinehart, and ringbearers were triplets Samuel, Clayton and Jackson Rinehart, children of David and Merrily Rinehart of Jackson.
Guest book attendants were Laura Horst and Kelli Schenimann.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and reception was held at Bavarian Halle. Servers were Donna Kielhofner and Danna Lape.
Ottis and Ann Turman hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 27 at the Branding Iron.
Mrs. Turman is a graduate of Jackson High School, and received a bachelor of fine arts degree from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at Segerdahl Graphics in Wheeling, Ill.
The groom is a graduate of Walther Lutheran High School, and served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He is a police officer in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
After a wedding trip to Oahu, Maui and Kauai, Hawaii, the couple is residing in Bloomingdale, Ill.
